If you watch the news or spend time online, you've heard about email scams. Anyone who can look at a header can also pick a faked sender address. 5 seconds on google was enough to find an almost identical email to the one received.
Apart from the name and contact details of the "lawyer" everything is almost identical to the report for David Sing at http://usacomplaints.com/Attorneys-Legal-Services/BARRISTER-David-Sing/barrister-aidan-walsh-markus-p7494.htm
Now it's Teddy Williams and the country code if different. Email headers suggest a Russian host, but that could easily be a remailer for a bulk send. The "From" address in the headers isn't even the same one listed in the email body.
My standard procedure in these cases is google it then report them to the email hosts.
