Why were Trudi and Steve so successful in generating operating capital in only ten months? Simply put, trust. Steve showed the trust first when he set the whole Company up in Trudis name, and allowed her to have complete control over the finances. This act inspired trust in the relationship right from the start. All monies that were collected went into her bank account and she had the ability at anytime to cease operations. This did not bother Steve, because he new his own character and competence would allow them to be successful together as long as both parties agreed to the Policy and Code of Ethics and stuck to their agreement. Whenever Steve brought up his lawsuits and past history, it was always met with an I dont care, because of the trusting relationship that had been established by Steves trust in her that eventually he would be compensated, the agreements would be kept, and the Policy and Code of Ethics that were all mutually agreed upon would be the guidelines. I dont care was a mature, responsible answer to events that had no affect or impact on a trusting relationship where both parties were showing an unusually high degree of trust, which incidentally was never violated until the events leading up to 9/11, and NEVER by Steve. Unfortunately, enter a third party, her husband. He convinced her, completely without using his brain, that the relationship wasnt to be trusted. He looked at superficial things and without any evidence, in fact with evidence quite to the contrary, decided that something was afoot. Now let me ask you this, reader of this article. If ANYONE came up to you and said they would work for you and give you ALL the money that the enterprise generated, would you go for it? Of course you would! And, if this same person agreed to wait to get compensated until the Company could afford it, would you go for that? Of course you would! And if this same person worked tirelessly and directly affected just under $300,000 to be deposited into your bank account in just ten months, would you want him to do it again? Of course you would! And would you agree to pay the expenses for this person to perform their duties? Of course you would! And would you want to compensate this person for his efforts so he continued to perform those duties? You would, but Gordon Donnie Hendry wouldnt. He would can your a*ss. Without a care in the world he would shut out all the people that were affected by the Companys viability and promises. How stupid is that? Steve and Trudis Business Plan was to set up four groups. Only one group was formed, and the cost overruns were high. What did they do? Almost instantly, almost overnight, they switched gears, adapted and became profitable in other facets for the business. Only a high degree of synergy and a high degree of trust can accomplish that which is most difficult. But it happened. The only thing that could have made it go seriously wrong was to listen to the influence of others that were no tin the know about the Companys workings or financials. Trudis fatal mistake. Now no doubt she is scrambling to get the books done, but it is much too late to discover the truth. A good Private Investigator would have discovered the truth first, then acted. As the saying goes, the truth hurts. This one will.
