Mainstreet advertises access to public records - charges subscription fees which are not cancelled upon request - uses paypal

While promising and charging for "do-it-yourself - legal records lookup" and promising direct access to these records, it instead links to Law Research Services which is an advertising firm for attorneys.
Charges subscriptions while not providing services, and does not cancel when a request is made. Uses Paypal, which does not return "subscription" charges.
