My 2 year old daughter was "scouted" by a Wilhemina Scout. I received a card to bring her to a open call at 6pm the following Monday. When we arrived they told me how beautiful she was and how they knew she could be in commercials.
She was the only child there and i found that to be strange. There were many people there who did not look like models at all to me. She received a call back evaluation at 7pm the next day where they said she was gorgeous and that she could have a job within hours of her picture being released.
We talked for about 45 minutes about how wonderful my daughter was and money never mentioned. They connected me to their accounting dept where they wanted to charge $995 to my daughters uncle's acct. Lucky for us, we caught it in time.
After I'm done reporting the well known, international Wilhemina Network, I'm calling the local news.
