Exactly similar to other reports here. The sales representative, John Whiat, represented that the company had secured an agreement with a list of 7 restaurants and bars that would place their booklets on tables. He said they were working on additional establishments. These were all nearby my store.in my visits I had never seen the booklets. I started talking to folks at the establishments and they didn't have any idea what I was talking about. I signed an agreement in January and finally asked for refund in August.
I received an email August 31 that said the latest booklets were shipped on August 18. As "proof" they sent me a UPS shipping log. The shipping log was from April. If the shipment was 2 weeks prior why not send me that shipping log? Still no booklets in the listed establishments.
I was told I could not get a refund because it was 5 days past the original sign date of the contract. Of course, this 5 day period was long before they scheduled to deliver any product. So, it is impossible to ever get a refund.
