Broken our customized blanket

We delivered our customized blanket to the products that people have now been applying for 15 years. They destroyed it by falling all of the shade from it. Their reaction was "TOUGH-LUCK". We've invested a large number of bucks on our dry-cleaning through the years & this is the way they addressed us. They deserve an undesirable score. We've since transferred our company to a different merchant.
