Sexually Harassed my mom. He represents himself to be an attorney even though he is suspended. He also would make comments about his impotence to my mom and me. I am only a teenage

I went to visit my mom at work. She was working for Richard Pope and taking care of his severly neglected daughter. He would represent himself to be an attorney to people on the phone and during the times I met him he also sexually harassed me.
I have been harassed by him since my mom quit her job there because she could no longer tolerate the abuse. She was there about 6 month and tolerated his abuse for 5 month out of the 6. I also am harmed by this. His severely neglected daughter is in danger because he is a sexual predator. Please let police know if you have more on this man. He is dangerously sick.
