This is the biggest ripoff ever. Customer service repeats a mantra they've been fed over & over. I asked the gentlemen 'assisting' me how he would like it if his mother or sister were taken advantage of like that & he got very upset, which makes me believe he knows that where he's working is wrong.
File a report with Florida Atty. General and BBB in the state... We need to stop them.
