This is a company that unfortunately bears the letters of a company that has proven to be quite reliable. No wonder UPS contracts with them. I took my money and my request to Darla Allred, who is in charge of sales and marketing, and stated that I wanted a specific logo design for my website. The work was contracted out to a "Jimmy," who did a decent job, and that is where it stops.
I wanted to make changes to my logo design, as per my oral contract with Darla Allred and Jimmy. I was forwarded poor-quality files from a tag that was made for me, totally grainy and unacceptable. I have been trying to take care of this for several months now! When I did get a response, I was sent more unusable files. Meanwhile, I am losing money because I can't get the header for my site done!
This is a bad company to do business with, as they already have a D rating from the BBB. I found this out after my money was taken with no finished product. I consider Darla Allred dishonest, which is not good for a sales and marketing professional. I cannot believe that in an economy such as we have now, people who are purportedly professionals can treat a customer this way. It is egregious behavior of the highest magnitude. Do not become a victim as I have. I guess my only recourse now is small claims court.
