This is a company who unfortunately bears the letters of a company who has proven to be quite reliable. No wonder UPS contracts with them. I took my money and my request to Darla Allred, in charge of sales and marketing and stated I wanted a specific logo design. The work was contracted out to a "Jimmy", who did a decent job and that's where it stops. I wanted to make changes to my logo design as per my oral contract with Darla Allred and Jimmy, for my website. I was forwarded some crap files from a tag that was made for me, totally grainy, and unacceptable. I have been trying to take care of this for SEVERAL MONTHS now! When I did get a response, I was sent total crap. Meanwhile, I am losing money, because I can't get my header for my site done! This is a bad company to do business with as they already have a D - rating from the BBB. I found this out after my money was taken with no finished product. Darla Allred is a consumate liar. This is not good for a sales and marketing professional. I cannot believe that in an economy such as what we have now, people who are purportedly professionals can treat a customer this way. It is egregious behavior of the highest magnitude. Do not become a victim as I have for the time being. I guess my only recourse is now small claims.
