Bought a Metro watch, from Bidz.com, great site and service, after 1 month, the watch broke, as it was expensive and comes with a 2 year warranty I was not concerned as these things can happen.

I contacted aquaswisswatch.com in March and explained to the person called Neda about what had happened and the warranty number.

I got a e-mail back saying that they will send a new part out, great problem solved...

After waiting a month, I contacted Neda again, no reply, waited a few weeks and sent a e-mail through their website, got a reply from Neda, ok great, she told me they will send the part out, should be here in a few weeks.

Ok, so I waited again, hating to be one of those customers, I waited a few weeks, still nothing...

So send e-mail again, asking what was going on, has it been sent, did it get lost... What, Neda e-mailed back, they had a issue with the factory and now they have the part in stock (So she was telling me BS the last few time...) Ok great, please let me know when it has been shipped. Ok it has now been shipped, 6 months and still nothing from them, I do like the watch, but for the money I paid this is crazy, what has happened to customer service, I now can not even get a straight answer as to what is going on.

Aquaswisswatch.com has a great product, but if anything goes wrong you are on your own, so bear that in mind if you are looking at any of their products.
