What button do I push if I want them to speak english? Somewhere Out Of The U.S

I reported my Net10 LG 300 phone as no longer operative as the keypad has stopped working, I could however receive calls. I received the replacement phone about a week later and service to my old phone was terminated by Net10. The phone they sent did NOT work It couldn't! They had left out the SIM card This left me with no phone service at all.By this time I had made several calls on a borrowed phone and spent several hrs giving my name and address to one customer service rep after another. It took at least 3 tries to get my name, Diane, spelled correctly and my address took much longer. Why it isn't logged into a permanent record I still do not know. I'm required to give my name and address every time I speak with a service rep.
I finally received the SIM card for my phone and alas it still didn't work. I called AGAIN asked for a rep that spoke english that I could understand, that didn't happen. I proceeded to explain my situation AGAIN They said that since I'd requested the same phone number as the original phone the SIM card was no longer functional and they would need to send ANOTHER one. Yes, all 3 reps I spoke with during that 1 hr and 44 minute call asked me for my address, the phone serial number etc. Yes, I had to turn the phone off and turn it back on for each rep.
Guess what! I tried to log on to the website and check the progress of my ticket and the status was unavailable. Huh! The last rep I spoke to told me I could go the the web if I thought that would save me time. The site said I should call the customer service #. I did, the gal I spoke with said they sent my second SIM card out TODAY, 6 days after my call to state the one they forgot to send with the replacement phone that they sent a week later didn't work.
A business that depends on customer satisfaction wouldn't have dreamt of having a customer they had already failed to serve efficiently wait yet another week to get replacement parts for a 3rd error in customer service.
Obviously Net10 isn't too worried about customer satisfaction. I guess if you have millions of customers losing several hundred isn't really a problem. My loss of contacts and phone service to the phone # listed on the resumes I've issued over the last several months is a problem for me. What action can I take??? When I asked Net10 what type of compensation they could offer me they gave me 5 free minutes. This was after over 2 hrs on the phone with their customer service reps. Please!
