On 4/23/09 I was told that I was suppossed to get a $1000.00 shopping card for Wal-Mart for subscribing to some magazines. I was tired due to being up most of the night. I tried to cancel the magazines that same day and they stated that I was not allowed to cancel. I even talked to their head office on 7/31 and they even stated they have a no cancel policy. Upon further investigation I just discovered that according to Colorado Law, Statute 6-1-304 (b), it mandates a 3 business day cancelation period on telemareting sales, and section (IId) mandates they advise terms for cancelation, and that they have cancelation rights.
