Just more of the same from what I've read, mystery 14.95/month "monthly fax service fee" on Verizon bill as "Enhanced services". Reads "billed on behalf of Network Assurance". They issued a refund for 3 months, I have to request the rest in writing. Rep said I gave my info at USPRIZEDRAW.com. I am sure I never visited that site.
