I bought a new phone on april 18 paid over 200.00 for this phone had it three days took it back told them of the problem expecting them too replace it with a new phone but have too send it in for repairs waited 4 weeks tried and the problem was not fixed they sent it back in for repares again asked on both times for a new phone spoke with motorola they do not understand why a new phone was not giving my son also got a new line of sevice with alltel he has trouble with droped calls recived his frist bill was to be detailed that what he pays for wasnt thers voice maile dosnt come through cant changs company because alltel has the market cornerd
