Salesman used ultra-high pressure tactics to convince my 87 year old father in a nursing home to give up his credit card numbers and his bank account information. Salesman immediately charged $344 dollars on a scheme to "earn $30,000 a month from home".
When I called the company they refused to let me talk to the salesman, refused to give any information on his account, refused to cancel the deal, and told me to "sue them if I don't like it".
I was forced to cancel all my fathers accounts to eliminate the charges.
They called on a weekend so that their three day "return policy" would void faster.
They also taped the conversation and I suspect the tape will be edited to appear that the "customer" agreed to the deal. My father SPECIFICALLY told the salesman he was NOT to put the charge through without authorization from me. Salesman hung up and immediately charged my dad's account without my approval.
