Timothy helser is just a con-artist and anything he claims is just a rest. He's a liar through and through. He'll attempt something for the money to complement his survival check, like looking to get co-possession on the puppy, grab pets, market dogs with phony documents, or whatever he is able to. He informs people hes a dog coach but hes not, his techniques are violent techniques and certainly will damage any puppy. He tips on his spouse constantly and he or she stands by him in his legal persuits. Prevent him such as the TROUBLE.
