My dining room table received a 13 inch scratch during the move. As per the mover's request, I filled out a statement on my moving paperwork. I was told the company would be in contact with me the following week. I did not receive a call, so I called them. I was told I had to send an email to a Linda Kennedy with my complaint and she would contact me. After no response, I called the following week and left a message on her voice mail. I have still not received a response in 4 days.
I was not originally angry, but their failure to communicate to me has certainly changed my perspective of how they do business.
Be sure and check the Better Business Bureau before hiring anyone. I did not with this company and I should have.
