This company says you will be swimming in 45 days — more like 450 days! All they want is your money and they turn their back on you!
Also be aware that after they have the ok to start - they ask you for more money! Dont be fooled your proposal of a pool of $25,000 will soon be thousands over once they start!
Those reports stating how he is unprofessional and unreasonable are exactly what happened to me and many others. Also read a complaint on yelp.com/biz about Keith, same type of story. Keith is a known con and scam artist and will do all he can to take your money.
My story is so horrible and is now in litigation. He stole thousands of dollars from me just as one of the complaints said threating me the entire time that I was stuck with the contract and that he would lien my home, that I had to give him more money to continue, etc.
I can hardly even think about it as it was like being in hell dealing with the devil. He is like my father who stole from his own mother and 'just kicked it behind him'. If I did not have a father like that I could not understand a person like Keith. How horrible I had to meet another person like he is and only pray that people will read this as there are professional business people that follow a code of ethics.
If a contactor wants to be paid up front like Keith, stop and go no further. First loss is the best loss. He wanted all work paid up front but never delivered the product or did the work paid for and will not return the money. He told my Atty. That he loves to take people's money and loves to go to court.
I will be happy to start a class action lawsuit if anyone would like to join.
