After posting this I received a phone call from the Representative at Scrub shopper! It was handled in a very professional manner and it seems they were unaware of the ML sized shirts in their stock; it was from older stock and is not made any longer.
They apologized and have since mailed the correct sizes that I ordered!
I truly believe it was an honest error but they handled it quickly and professionally!
