I worked for CRST for 5 months. I was new to trucking and they were my first trucking job after I graduated from a local trucking school. They discharged me, according to my fleet manager, for excessive idling. They wanted us to freeze to death in Wyoming, in single digit weather in December. But when I started trying to find another job, I kept getting turned down for something that was on my DAC repor. So I sent for my report. I found out they put on it that I violated company policy, and that was a lie. I am still trying to get it fixed, and am not quite sure how to do it. I haven't worked in 6 months, and until I get this fixed noone will hire me. I will lose everything I've worked for, my home included, because CRST screwed me! Any suggestions on how I can get this lie off my DAC report would be greatly appreciated.
