I have a signed contract with letterhead dated March 25 stating fence to be completed in 3 1/2 weeks from that date. I gave a deposit of $1100.00 in cash (hundred dollar bills) and the remaining balance of $900.00 was to be paid upon completion. It has now been 8 weeks and Tim Kenner of Kenner Ironworks will not respond to phone calls, messages, emails or letters. Basically he stole my money and disappeared. I am pursuing every possible method to recover the money that was taken from me.
