A regular feature of new driver orientation is the intimidation tactic described in the other report.
During orientation a new driver is informed that if they quit or otherwise terminate their employment with Holland Enterprises the Safety Coordinator will add a note to the DAC or equivelent file instructing a prospective employer to call him. When they call Denzil the defamation and character assination begin - the man will outright lie about every possible facet of personality that has the slightest bearing upon employment. After the diatribe, the new driver is then informed that Holland will not pay for a return bus ticket - the new driver is stuck.
Since this is often never revealed to the prospective employee, Denzil is never confronted. This abuse continues and will continue untill either Holland Enterprises is forced to close or Denzil is forced out.
