Ray Thomas Received a letter and a fake check for $4,275.00 says won NY state lottery

We received a letter from these people with a New York State lottery header stating we had won $150,000.00 and with it was a check for $4,275.00. The letter asked me to call RAY THOMAS for further clarification and instructions on claiming the winnings.
