Ripoff barking dogs always bite ripoff thieves

Ics is one of group of thieves looting the money of poeple by making false promises.

They calld me and said, i am approved for a unsecured credit card by few of the banks, and i just need to give $258, which are refundable with refusal letters from these banks.

Now when i call them they are not there to refund the amount, i have refusal letters with me but don, t have any ics - cry -

I want to sue them and asking poeple to join me and help each other.
