When you purchase the product from the 800 toll free number, they try to upgrade you to another product costing hundreds more!

The "kit" talks in a over simplified way the benefits of incorporating and its benefits. It lacks any real substance. If anyone is serious about incorporating and you don't know what the hell you are doing, you're better off going to a specialist lawyer. Getting incorporated in EASY, taking care of your new corporation is an unweildy task for the uninitiated!
