I got an English bulldog from these criminals not knowing that they will take my money in exchange for a dying dog without papers. Once they get your money you will never get a response from them, they don't want to deal with you or face you because they know they are wrong but TOO GREEDY to let go of any money even if is yours. I took them to court but they didn't show, however I won by arbritration. I couldn't collect but was able to get information from another victim and just collected most of my money so at least I have the satisfaction that they have been traced and FORCED to pay. Yeah!!! Read below to know how you can collect most of your money, they only get 33% but will send you the rest. They already have the information and know who to go after. This is what you do:
Take them to small claims court in Brooklyn, New York. Make sure you have all the paperwork, any e-mails and even the phone bill showing the numbers you called them at to prove your case. Show the paid bill for the puppy and any medical bills from the puppy that you were forced to spend. Most likely when you take them to small claims court they won't show up, they rarely do. If that is the case you most likely will win the case by arbritation which means that the decision can't be reversed or contested. After 30 days if you don't hear from them submit your judgment to Roberto and Associates 5020 Sunrise Hwy Suite LC Massapequa, NY 11762. If you google it you can get the phone numbers to call them. Once you submit your judgement they keep 33% of it and you will get the rest, which is better than nothing. I got my money by them.
