Thay what a to tack me like a kid

I call to let them kown i was going to pay late, and thay toll me thay dont what payment!!! Thay what my funisher!!! To let them kown when can day pick up. If day dont what payment there not getting my funisher ok, its amost pay off, times are hard but thy get pay lite charges, ps i have a ricording from them saying this
