PSE&G is offering Worry Guarantee instead of WFG

PSE&G started offering "Worry Guarantee" to its customers.

I have an emergency and I placed a call 04/11 (Saturday) afternoon.

They offered srevice on 04/12 (Sunday) between 4'O clock and mid-night. Nothing happend.

On 04/13 (Monday) I took a day off because they rescheduled me between 10 and 12. Nothing happend.

Then they rescheduled me between 2 and 4. Nothing happend.

Remember this is an emergency.

Then they offered service during evening hours. Nothing happened.

I called PSEG again, immediately offered between 9 and 12. Nothing happend.

They they reschduled me for 04/14 (Tuesday) between 2 and 4 PM.

With two small kids, I lived in my house with out heat from 04/11 - 04/14. Finally I called a local service provider to have the furnace serviced and paid $200 for the service. Now the little one is sick.

Stay away. You are wasting your money by paying for WFG. This is not WFG this is "Worry Guarantee". You are paying for WORRY GUARANTEE.
