Ordered a vaporizer and two packages of herbal smokes. Placed order on March 3rd by electronic check. Was told it may take up to 10 days to clear payment after leaving my bank, it would then ship within 48 hours. Payment cleared my bank on March 5th, at the max it should have left the facility on March 17th, it is now April 13th (19 business days later) and still no package.
Made multiple phone calls to 3 different customer service numbers, left 2 messages, have received no reply. Sent 3 Emails, have received no reply.in short, took my money ($209) and then never sent anything. After checking with BBB found very poor rating of company, appears to be a scam.
