I'm going to completely eliminate iPayment and 1st Nationwide Running due to bad customer support regarding chargebacks and risk management. They're keeping $1367 of my order resources without any curiosity for just two weeks plus they did so without worrying to see me. After I asked I came across their factors were phony and defective plus they nevertheless haven't bothered to apologize.
I even have dropped $600 due to 1st National's failure to cope with a phony chargeback that the client informed his lender he was no further contesting. Consequently so far as I am worried iPayment and 1st Nationwide has taken $2000 from me.
