Received a very legit looking check for $2950 from this group. I am to shop for $200 in product from Sears or Wal Mart and send a MoneyGram for $2400 to them and evaluate the service.
The letter, which contains several errors including their e-mail address mis-spelled, asks me to call 905-598-0365 and ask to speak to Mr. Rob Gray, the officer who will guide me through my PTT assignment, within 48 hours.
Jenny Wong, Quality Research Manager signed the letter.
Ironically, the postmark includes the words: Fraud - Prevent it. I intend to prevent fraud by not responding to this, but no doubt there are others who will get taken in by it.
