Mr. Bernie Saafeld has committed fraud several times here on the island and I would like to warn anyone who becomes involved with him of this man's behaviour. He persuaded several unsuspecting companies and individuals to extend him credit, which he never paid for. He rented property and while there charged goods to the owners account and then skipped without paying the rent. He conned individuals into reccomending him as a Church Usher.
He has placed links on his web site for genuine charitable causes, when called the same charities knew nothing of Mr. Saafeld and expressed a desire to have the link removed from his web site. He claims acrediattion from CIREBA a Realty Brokers Associaion here in the Cayman Islands, he has never been a member nor when asked would they have him as a member or wish to associate themselves with him. Mr. Saafeld is an unmitigated fraudster. Beware dealing with him.
