Never sent the $25 gasoline cards as required by redemtion

I purchased furniture from Ashley furniture with the understanding that I would receive $500 in gasoline redemption. I have faithfully sent in the redemptions as required each month and have never received anything in return. I have emailed them threatening them with a lawsuit but have never even received a response. Was looking for a way to pursue this further today when I seen there was a lawsuit which was just put into their website today
