A woman named Audrey came into a store that I was shopping at and sold many people a Meineke VIP Auto Maintenance Plan for $29.99 and stated that it was good for one year from the date of purchase. When I went to to get my free oil change, I was told that the owner of the Meineke franchises, Bucky Cochran was no longer accepting these coupons because it had been over two years since he had contracted with IMG to sell these. I tried calling the number of IMG that was written on the back located in Greenville, SC and lo and behold, the number is no longer in service. So, I'm out my money and no free oil changes as I was promised.
I am reporting both Meinke and Incentive Marketing Group aka IMG to the better Business Bureau if I have to go to each and every BBB of every state in the US to get this done. From what I have read on this site, this company is a RIP OFF, and no company should use them to market their services, nor should anyone purchase anything from a sales person pushing these programs and coupon books. They are only out to RIP YOU OFF!
