To Whom It May Concern:
I signed up for the service on 11.4.08 in hopes that we would find a place to live. The gentlemen, Steven Jimenez who signed me up for this service was very reassuring that this was not a scam and if it doesn't work for you then you get your money back, no questions asked. If you have any questions you can call me (Steven) or our customer service #. The only problem with both of those suggestions was Steven was NEVER there and the customer service person, if she answered was completely RUDE, half the time I was left on hold anywhere from 15-45 minutes and then she still was not helpful at all. We were told that the list came out twice a week on Sunday and Wednesday, all we needed to do was to call in and they would be fax to us. I would call in give the fax number (which was the same every time) and then sit there and wait, sometimes it would come and sometimes it wouldn't. I would call back do the same thing even talk to the same person and all they would say is there must be something wrong with your machine. Funny that I get all other faxes except the one's from Capital. Every place that we went to look at was either rented, had people living in it and they were not moving anytime soon. We would fax to Capital places that we were interested in and all you guys would tell us was the owner should be calling you, we talked to him and he said he's going to call. We never got any phone calls from anyone regarding a place to live. Steven told me that there was no need to come twice a week to sign in all we needed to do was call in twice a week for our fax. Nowhere in THERE contract does it state to keep EVERY FAX that was received in order to get YOUR refund back. I did EVERYTHING that THERE contract said to do, THEY didn't hold up THERE end of THERE contract. I really do believe that Capital is a scam & a FRAUDULANT company I would appreciate my full refund ASAP.
