I am here to report an "agency" I began to use some years back. I came across an agency on a website that was offering a "Clerical Warehouse Assistant" job. So I emailed them hoping to get this job. I spoke to them through email and lo and behold I was asked to come in to fill out paperwork. At the time, I though this was a legit, decent, agency but boy was I wrong. My first red flag was the line of Illegal Aliens sitting down filling out papers. I knew right there and then that things were not going to go the way I wanted them to. So I went in, filled out the papers and spoke to a lady that works there (she looked like some idiot teenager you'd see in a cheesy 80's movie). So she told me that the current position that I was going for was already taken but she had another opening in Irvine Ca. Working for a "shipping warehouse" as an "inventory clerk". I said okay and off I went for my first interview with the clowns known as General Tool in Irvine, Ca. The place was dirty, and a bunch of Asians worked the clean part of the company while the Illegal Aliens worked the dirty part of the company. So I had my interview with a clown named "Danny", and as he struggled to speak to me (mainly because he had a speech impediment and his English sucked) I got the job. The job itself was easy, but the animals and illegals that worked there was just horrible. I've never seen Illegal Aliens act like such animals whilst working here. I was there for about two months and almost every day I was harassed by these animals verbally. Why? Because they are racists and they are animals. The day came where I just could not take it anymore and I decided to talk with the clown "Danny" who was also my supervisor. Long story short, he did nothing about the complaint and neither did Preferred Personnel. Last time I heard, with General Tool, they TERMINATE any individual involved in any sort of harassment. They did nothing. PP spoke to me about it and told me they would handle the situation but you know what happened? The Illegal Aliens just got a slap in the wrist and had to attend "Harassment" classes. That's it! I was shocked and appalled to see them get off the hook this easily. That is why PP is such an incompetent, deceitful staffing agency. This post might seem pointless to you but I know that someone will read this and not work for PP. If I can prevent one individual from going there, then my mission is complete. I just want everyone to know that these dirt bags are out there. General Tool should be investigated and shut down for hiring Illegal Aliens. Last time I checked that was against the law.
How was I ripped off? Well, lets see. I was harassed for weeks and all I got was a letter by Preferred Personnel stating that the Illegal Aliens are going to attend a class and pledge to never harass individuals again. That's how I got ripped off.
