9 months later, no magazine - Ann Marie Florence is the "vp" level of customer care and the only one who supposedly could process a refund... I've left her 3 messages over 4 months. Finally today I blew a gasket and was put in touch with Carol - she agreed this was nonsense and that I would get a refund for my $100 subscription (that costs half everywhere else) in 3 days. Her direct number is 800-527-7091 x 208.
Cross your figers... We'll see if this refund gets processed.
I would avoid them completely - all the stories posted here are exactly the same. Seems they wait until people get frustrated enough to stop calling - have they ever really even delivered a subscription???
