They will respond to you ASAP when you are desperate for an emergency repair when no other companies return your call until 2 hours later (if they decide to call you). This is the only company responded to my call out of 10 diff. Ones I called to get my furnace ignitor fixed (no heat in the house). Fast svc w only $89 which applies towards the repair! Good deal right? He was here in 1 hr! Wonder why he was avail... Not the other guys? They already know what the problem is and how easy the repair is so when the guy gets here, he can name any price which happened to be $325!!! To replace my furnace ignitor (go online and find the price, $30-40). The job took only 10 min!!! $325!!! Rip off! Not reasonable at all! DO NOT USE AVS. UNLESS you are desperate enough to pay any unreasonable price! It's not nice to take advantage of the situation like they did.
