Requested product on July 24th and understood I did not require it. And so I instantly requested for an RMA # via email. Obtained it a few nights later. Delivered product and shipping was established on July 31st. After not getting a credit to my charge card by early June, I sent an inquiry. I obtained an answer a couple of days later they might consider it. Never noticed something back and sent them again only a little over fourteen days later. No response after two times, and so I named after which was informed they did not understand what had occurred which a reimbursement could be released. It will not need obtained 2 emails along with a telephone call to obtain a credit which should have already been automated.
