I purchase A Sealy pillowtop Mattress and boxspring from Mattress Firm at the end of september and had to take it back within the first 30 days because of a deffect I asked if I could get another type and was told that during the first ninty days the only way would be to pay a 15% restocking fee so I just went and exchanged it for the same one and now I have had the same issue again in February now that is after the 90 days they tell me they have to send a inspector out at a charge of 25.00 to make sure it is trully defective.
