Took $56 for Ebony, no magazines, no response, no refund

A young getto looking teenage girl came to the door and stated she was selling magazines to learn how to provide for herself. We had had many boys, but never a girl. She sold us a 3 year supscription for $46 plus ten dollars shiopping and handling. We have never received the magazine. Phone calls go unanswered. Legal threats don't work. Ebony cannot help.

Someone in law enforcement needs to do something.
