Ok so after getting a little upset seeing all of these hard working people get ripped off from beachlife.net Because one of those people were me.
So I sent a letter to [email protected] and told them if they didn't respond before a certain time that I would report them to the FBI internet fraud investigations and also report with my bank as well.
I heard nothing. So I went and filed a complaint of internet fraud on them and sent them a copy of the fraud report I also called wisc dells police department. Low and behold I got an email saying that my stuff has been shipped. (at 8:30 pm) Like how can anyone ship something out at 8:30pm. Though it is easy to just change the status of my order. I really don't expect that they have shipped my order. I did send them a reply email asking for a tracking number. (I am sure I will get nothing.)
If everyone could send them a letter like this maybe it will either get them to make good on orders or completely close their site down. After all who wants to go to jail. God only knows how much money they have scamed from people.
