When I contacted PODS on September 23 and explained what I wanted I was assured of a certain price, but later found out that once they received my credit card information, not only was I charged more than was quoted, but have continually been lied to. A move that was supposed to cost me $2,388 has now escalated to over $3,000 and as I write this complaint, still do not have my belongings.
Whenever I call, I get a different customer service rep with a different explanation, none of which are accurate or satisfactory. They have your possessions and what can you do, except continue to pay them until you can get possession of your belongings?
Based on my experience and the experiences of some of the people I have since found on the internet, I believe this company to be unethical and fraudulent and I would not recommend them to anyone.
