Sonic Graphics hired out my design business to redo some artwork for a print job they had. I, against my better judgement, gave him the artwork at half rate and without upfront payment. I know, bad move. I had hopes of developing a working relationship with the company and the bill wasn't huge so I took a chance.
Four months later, still no payment. Everytime I called I got voicemail and left a VERY polite message (in hopes of getting my money) despite how disappointed I was. Never got a single call back. But of course when I call from a different number, I get him right away. He never returned messages, calls, emails, nothing. When I did get him from a different number, I got a story about bringing a payment or sending a payment which of course, was all lies.
Outside of stealing from me, he uses outdated software and speaks his own language with his work which makes it very difficult to deal with him. I even had some of my own clients waiting for weeks for him to give me quotes for work for him to do. I guess he didn't want to make money as badly as he didn't want to pay it.
Sonic Graphics has horrible business practices! Ripped me off! Don't let them get you too!
