Find yourself logged on to Liveperson/Keen or any other psychic chat CONSTANLY? Are you pouring through the psychic reviews & biograhies? Spent too much money? Well you need to stop & ask yourself, how is this helping you? And how much money have you spent?
I was addicted to psychics on Liveperson & spent almost $1000. But now I have stopped completely & will never return to it. Regardless of what psyhics say panning out or not, it will still become addictive. I wasnt the only one, there are people out there who have spent huge amounts & are still going. I was one of the lucky ones..
Psychic addiction is SERIOUS, its an addiction like gambling. Left unwatched, it will ruin your life just like any other addiction.
How to beat it Psychic Addiction:
1. Close psychic chat account OR cancel the credit card immediately. No you dont need those transcripts anymore.
2. Dont log onto to your personal computer for a least 1 week.
3. If you need to be on the computer, find things to do: play computer games, shop online, top up your iPod/Mp3.
4. Talk to your friends & family or seek a counsellor or psychologist to help you deal with addictive behavior.
5. Buy something nice, clothes, shoes etc or get a new haircut. At least at the end of the day you know how you spent your money & you have something tangible to show for it.
6. Join a gym
7. Buy a small pet
8. Trade your car in for a hotter one. Lol
9. Join an online dating site & see how many hits you get!
10. Read a book or plant a tree.
11. Look in the mirror & ask yourself. Do I really want to pay someone to tell me the future? There is someone out there who LOVES you just the way you are. Your mission in life is to find them without the help of psychics or clairvoyants.
12. Dont pay a psychic for their "opinions" or "decisions" on your life. You dont know these people. They are half a world away on a computer, how on earth would they know what you will do? They could be a call centre in India for all we know with "online chat". Walk up to a stranger on the street & ask them what you would ask a psychic. Thats what its like isn't it? They are strangers! You cant even see them & you are paying them money... Might as well throw that $50 in the trash. At least you dont have to pay the stranger on the street. Lol

14. Find things to do.
15. Get out of the house, do something adventurous, go swimming, rock climbing, milk a cow, write a novel, learn to make candles or go for Thai cooking classes. Do whatever it takes..

18. Join a club/group/forum & talk to people..
19. Learn to Love surprises. We dont know what the future holds. I dont care what the future holds. I used to. Now I dont. Life would be boring if we knew all the details of whats to come.
20. Be Kind to yourself, Eat right, Sleep well, Spend wisely & Wear nice clothes because the only person who knows you truly well - is You. And YOU are all that matters.
