Recurring charges after cancellation Internet nationwide

I bought my wife a pair of the WalkFit inserts which work very well by the way and we've ordered 2 more pair, but the first time we ordered from the T.V.infomercial (for Walkfit) they kept bombarding us with did we want this, did we want that, etc. Almost endlessly. Finally, I said yes to a "free" $25.00 Wal-mart card. With a free 7 day trial to at home rewards.

The day the package came, I called up walkfit and cancelled. They said no problem, I was canceled, there would be no charge. 2 weeks later I noticed a $19.95 charge on my card from athomerewards. I called again the next day and canceled again and they apologised and said that though they couldn't take the chrge off that it wouldn't happen again.

Today I saw another charge for $19.95 on my card from athomerewards (about a month after the first one) and called up and canceled for the third time. This time I got the operators name a cancelation confirmation number and a confirmation cancelation e-mail. I also called my bank to file a formal complaint. Like the great George Bush said, "fool me once-shame on you. Fool me twice -well, don't fool me twice."
