In September I joined an educational program at Great Expectations, an area dating company, to understand about their business. After 3 hours of the revenue woman talking with me about how fantastic the program is along with a quite strong sales hype, I told them there is no means I really could manage their $7000 charge. The revenue lady left to “talk to her manager” and returned to inform me-she might reduce my price to $3490. I told them that I still couldn't pay the $3490 since I have was a graduate student without any revenue apart from figuratively speaking. After I quit I'd not provided them any agreement to cost my charge card and hadn't authorized the agreement. After I continued-point to test my charge card bill towards the card that I employed for identification uses only, I came across they had previously billed me $3490. After I named and informed them I'd determined that I had been not joining, they stated that there is no reimbursement. When faced concerning the unsigned agreement, they explained that it didn’t issue, there have been no discounts. I don’t understand how I will be billed 3490$ to my charge card without signing a deal. I haven’t employed some of their providers and also have struggled with my charge card organization and am getting nowhere.
I'm thinking about attempting to begin a class-action suit from the Fort Work/Charlotte places. If you’d be thinking about joining, please email [email protected] (GEcomplaints at gmail dotcom) and can include your tale, what extents you’ve attended get solve your challenge and contact info. Thanks so much!
