Refuses to follow up, lazy, uncouth, fraudulent, Osama bin Ladin has more credibility, he did what he said what he was going to do

I have a Verizon phone and it was stolen. I know the individual that stole the phone. The individual that stole the phone took it to a Cricket store and had a created cricket service on my Verizon phone. At the time of the theft, I was still under contract with Verizon.

What this person did was go to a Cricket store and a unscrupulous, uncouth Cricket employee "flashed" my phone and inserted a Cricket chip in the phone and turned on the service. The catch is, my Verizon service had a Denver telephone number and this individual opened an account with a Houston phone number impersonating me. No id was presented. This cricket employee did not contact Verizon was per Corporate policy and verified the owner of the phone.

Yes, I did file a police report with the absolutely worthless Houston Police Department and I was told your SOL.in other words, lady, we get paid not to do anything.

I contacted Cricket's so-called fraud department and about a week later, I did receive a call from Jaime. Per Jamie, she said that it is up to me to have the cricket account shut off. I told her that due to the lack of training, lack of morals and ethics of the Cricket staff that allowed this account to be opened fraudenly, it is up to Cricket, not me or Verizon. Jamie said that she would get back to me at the end of next week and here it is over a month later and still nothing.

I contacted a friend of mine, whose uncle is a retired police detective. The individual that opened the fraudulent account is on the National Terrorist Watch List. This individual is being investigated by the following agencies.

FBI
ICE - Immigration (marriage for fees in exchange for a green card)
IRS - not paying taxes based on the payment of "services" rendered
Social Security Administration - this individual is applying for disability. *Gee, what is a terrorist is to do? *
The Texas Rangers
Texas Attorney General

And this individual is working and getting paid under the table and applying for disability.

My next step is to file a complaint with the California Attorney General and the FCC and then I am seeking legal action against Cricket.
