Staples ripped me off for my rewards THAT WASNT EASY

I first applied for a rewards card on january 13th after spending 1000 dollars at one of there locations. They told me my card would arrive in 4- 6 weeks and it never arrived. So when the card didnt come i called staples rewards to see what was going on and i had to continue calling till august to get my card. Meanwhile i was still making large purchases as a rewards member and they would take my number and tell me the purchases would be applied to my rewards account.

In january i still have not received a penny in rewards so i called them to see if they could rectify the problem. They told me that all my rewards coupons had been sent and were now expired. I recieved nothing. They told me that they could re send 1 coupon, that was expired, for 20 dollars but would not send me any of my rightful rewards because they claimed i had already received them and that they are now expired.

I am a small business owner that spends alot of money at staples and i wasnt expecting special treatment i just wanted what i signed up for the rewards program for, my rewards! I reccomend that no one join this program because they have horrible organizational skills no customer service skills at all. There just another big company that clearly does not care about the individual. Dont expect anything from staples rewards its scam to get you to spend more money. The way there acting is like ther going out of business. It may be so but dont screw your customers.
