Send a check for 3,340.00 said to deposit it for mystery Shopping

Sent a check for 3,340.00 when I called they did not answer in the company name he said deposit the check and he would contact his bank when I called back and blocked the number they did not answer. There is no postmark on the letter but the stamp is from Canada.

The check in big letters says jackson megiric membership corporation, regionsbank jefferson georgia 30548
